01. What are the dimensions and weights of the Myogamat?

02. I have a latex allergy - do the MyogaMats contain latex?

The bottom layer of our mats is natural rubber which contains latex. Our top surface has no latex. If you have a latex allergy, use Myogamat with caution. Consult a medical practitioner to determine the extent of your allergy and if a mat with a rubber base layer could be a problem.

03. Is the Myogamat mat suitable for hot yoga, or humid climates?

Although Myogamat is not specifically prepared for hot yoga, it can be used at high temperatures. Our surface has an open pore structure, which means that moisture is quickly absorbed and easily evaporated. Even during extra sweaty practices, it can maintain the grip of the mat, ensuring safe and stable practice. After practice, just wipe it clean, let it dry in a cool place, and roll it up for storage.
Myogamat is also biodegradable. Therefore, regular heated yoga practice or living in a hot and humid climate may accelerate degradation and shorten its lifespan. We still believe that even if you practice hot yoga, your mat can last for a long time. At least compared to most other mats made of biodegradable materials. We think it is very important to use non-toxic biodegradable materials to minimize any negative impact on the environment. We certainly do not recommend anyone to buy PVC yoga mats. Even though they may be more durable, there are many problems with mats made of PVC. It is worth mentioning that most people do not need to use towels on Myogamat. Therefore, by not having to wash sweaty towels after each practice, detergent and microfiber pollution can be avoided!

04.How do I make a return?

If you are not satisfied with any part of your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving your situation to your satisfaction to the best of our ability!
If you would like to return a Myogamat product for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, provided that the relevant item has not been processed or used and is returned in a saleable condition with all original packaging intact. Your return can then be processed.
Please note that for non-defective returns, we ask our customers to pay for the return label cost. Returning items with damaged packaging will incur a handling fee as specified by us for the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We ask that you contact us first so that we can arrange the return of your package through our designated courier. For non-defective items, please note that we cannot cover the cost of initial shipping, return shipping, or replacement shipping.
The package is your responsibility until it reaches us, so always keep proof of receipt. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are fully insured during their return journey to us. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods.
We ask you to consider environmental sustainability when making an online purchase. Myogamat is particularly concerned about the additional carbon footprint of sending packages back and forth. We seek to provide the most efficient service possible to prevent unnecessary waste of resources. Efficient management of returns is very important to us, which is why we are always more than happy to discuss this matter with you first.

05.Will I be charged Duties or Taxes?

Please note that we will reduce your various purchase costs as much as possible. According to the customs laws of your country, import duties and taxes apply to your order.
Any fees on the order must be paid by the person receiving the package. We at Myogamat have no control over these fees and we cannot tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

06. What's the life span of my Myogamat?

Factors such as frequency of use, intensity of practice, and how to care for the mat will all affect the lifespan of Myogamat. We believe that all Myogamat can last for a while and provide great value to our customers!
We use biodegradable materials and sustainable manufacturing processes to produce mats. We are very concerned about "quality" rather than "quantity" of use. We believe that for true yoga practice, the best mat is also the one that minimizes our impact on the environment. Our mats are fully biodegradable. Many other mats will not have a continuous impact on the environment for a long time after they are discontinued.
We know that continuous practice will wear down the mat, just like a pair of running shoes will wear out. Eventually, this will reduce the effectiveness of the mat in practice. Therefore, we cannot provide a lifetime warranty or guarantee, but we firmly believe that we have achieved the best balance between environmental protection and durability.

07. Do Myogamat have a strong smell of rubber?

Myogamat is mainly made of natural rubber. This means that, like all rubber products, there may be a very slight natural rubber smell when it is taken out of the box for the first time. We have not covered it up with chemical fragrances. If your nose is particularly sensitive and you do notice any rubber smell at the beginning, don't worry. This should dissipate quickly! In this case, we recommend laying the mat flat in a ventilated place overnight before first use.

08. Where is my order?

Thank you for your order with Myogamat! You can log in to your Myogamat account to view your order status or click the link in your order confirmation email to see order updates.
Our goal is to get your Myogamat mat to you as soon as possible! Our warehouse team processes all online orders from Monday to Sunday. Our goal is to send out all in-stock orders within 1 business day after purchase. Except for one week during the Chinese Spring Festival when we stop taking orders, we basically arrange shipments all year round at other times.
To ensure delivery within the specified time, once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking details and courier information. If you have made a pre-order, please refer to your order confirmation email to confirm the expected delivery timing.

09. How about shipping policy?

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
